Silverback Ascent Elevation challenge

Find your inner Silverback! 
 
This one is for all you mountain Gorillas... It is all about elevation. Set youself a monthly target - this can simply be a hill session every week in a month, it could ba a particularly hilly route or it could be to attempt a 10,000ft challenge!
 
Every one who completes the challenge will of course receive one of our bespoke medals - this one has its very own ascending sliding Silverback and as ever it is your challenge and you can complete it in your time. 
 
When you have completed your challenge you can submit your evidence here, email us, tag us on social media or post on our facebook community here. We will also track progress for the May challenge via Strava. 
 
As ever with each entry a donation will be made to a cancer charity.
