HOW DO VIRTUAL CHALLENGES WORK?
Simply sign up for a challenge by purchasing an item on the site, complete the challenge as and when you can and let us know when you have succeeded. Then send us evidence (see below) and we will send you your medal.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY MEDAL?
Once you have completed your challenge email us and let us know with your evidence and we will send your medal out by second class post. This can take 2 to 3 days to arrive. If you would like any of our bespoke medals to use for your own event let us know and we can arrange a delivery schedule with you.
WHATÂ DO YOU NEED FOR EVIDENCE?
We understand not everyone has a garmin (other GPS devices are available), your evidence can just be an email saying "YAY I RAN 5K!". At the end of the day they are your challenges and your acheivements. For exercise challenges just list your daily movements, our 31 day form can be found here.

Be as creative as you like - we may offer extra awards for creative evidence.
I HAVE MISSED A DAY CAN I STILL GET MY MEDAL?
YES! unlike some other sites your order is yours, if you miss a day on a challenge add an extra day on the end. We want to encourage people to get moving. If you can't take part in a months challenge because of injury just do it the next month. It is all about you hitting your goals.
MY MEDAL HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT CAN I DO?
Email us - we will check that your medal was sent. If it has been lost we will send a a replacement where possible, otherwise we will discuss what we can do instead. If you are unsatisfied with your medal let us know and again we can replace or offer an alternative.
