NHS 1000 mile challenge

As promised here is our 1,000 mile challenge medal and it's a big one! at 10cm wide with spinning zero's it is our most adventurous and creative medal yet.  This is a 1,000 mile challenge - you can set your own timeframe for it if you like - in 2021? in 6 months? It is up to you.  You can run, walk, cycle, swim, crawl or hop. You don't need an expensive tracker to enter- you can send through a log of your runs in any format - there is a free 1,000 mile trainer to colour in here. These medals will be with us in early June, if you happen to complete your challenge before then submit your evidence in the normal way (see our FAQ) and your medal will be sent out as soon as we receive them. Sign up before the end of March 2021 and receive a FREE t-shirt or vest.  For every medal sold we will make a donation to an NHS charity that helps out NHS staff who have had more than a tricky time recently.
