Let's do it for the men - Prostate Plod!
This is our July challenge but you can run it in your own time in your own way.
1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with Prostate cancer in their lifetime. more than 47,500 each year or 129 men every day.
This challenge is based aound the numbers 1 and 8. 1 mile, 1.8 miles, 18 miles, 81 miles - you choose. you can run/cycle/walk your challenge, it can be a total for the month or a single distance.
Pledge your challenge in the custom text area and when you have completed it send us the evidence. A donation for every entry will be made to Prostate Cancer UK.
When you have completed your challenge you can submit your evidence here, email us, tag us on social media or post on our facebook community here. Evidence can be a GPS screenshot, a photo of you on your challenge or just you letting us know you have completed it.
As ever with each entry a donation will be made to a cancer charity. For this challenge this will be Prostate Cancer UK.
