Time to celebrate running! This medal is all about haveing a Happy Runday. Send us evidence of any run - for this one we encourage a photo of you enjoying your run rather than a screen shot of your distance but either is fine.

When you have completed your challenge you can submit your evidence here, email us, tag us on social media or post on our facebook community here. Evidence can be a GPS screenshot, a photo of you on your challenge or just you letting us know you have completed it.
As ever with each entry a donation will be made to a cancer charity.
