31 days of fitness
Originally our January challenge we have left this open for anyone to complete in any 31 day period. It's never too late to start getting moving.
This can be any activity you like, running, walking, swimming, cycling, gym, dancing, even housework! The choice is yours, the aim is to try and just get moving each day for 31 days.
Just keep a record of your daily activity and once completed email us with your evidence. This can be a photo, garmin, strava or just a record of what you've done - you can use our tracking PDF here.
Once the challenge is over you will recieve our bespoke 'Together we fight' medal.
As with all our challenges a portion of proceeds will go to this months chosen cancer charity.
Once you have sent us your evidence we will dispatch your medal by second class post. Postage for mainland UK is included in the price - please contact us for postage to other locations.
